Cancellation Policy

Service Overview Subscribers receive a set number of meals each week at a fixed per-meal rate, plus applicable taxes and delivery fees. Menu Notifications Active subscribers receive a complimentary weekly email with the upcoming meal prep menu in advance. This email is a courtesy, not a requirement for service. Non-subscribers do not receive the weekly menu email. The full main menu is always available on the Athletes Table homepage, accessible 24/7, showing all potential options. Order Policy All sales are final — no cancellations, modifications, refunds, or exchanges. Orders are processed based on the weekly menu provided. Please review your order and payment details carefully before submitting. Delivery & Pickup Meals will be delivered or made available for pickup based on the schedule confirmed at subscription. Missed pickups or deliveries due to customer error will not be refunded or replaced. Applicable taxes and delivery fees will be added to your total at checkout. Subscription Changes Any changes to your subscription (start/stop dates, delivery preferences, etc.) must be requested at least one full week in advance to take effect the following week. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
