Catering + Events
Is there a list of menu options?
Yes! We have a general catering menu, event specific sample menus, and the option for our Chef to create a menu for you.
Which diets/allergies do you accommodate?
We can accommodate vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, low-sodium, and renal diets. We cannot guarantee accommodation for the major food allergens.
Are your menu items made from scratch?
Yes! All of our offerings are original recipe, scratch made foods. We prioritize local sourcing and creating nutritious menus that are equally as flavorful.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept the following forms of payment: all major credit and debit cards, Zelle, CashAPP, Venmo, Klarna*, Affirm*, and cashiers checks.
How far in advance should I book?
Depends on availability. We prefer a 1-week minimum lead time on all inquiries but can accommodate as short as 24 hours.
Can you provide references from previous clients?

What is included in your catering packages?
Depending on the type of package and service requested. We are able to offer full service packages (all inclusive) to limited service packages (drop-off).
Do you have rental equipment available (china, flatware, glassware, linens, tables, chairs, decor?
We are able to provide these services as an add-on to your inquiry. Please note that these services incur additional costs
Can you provide bartending service?
Yes, we can provide bartending services through our trusted third-party bartending companies.
Do you offer tastings?
Yes! We understand that choosing the right caterer is no small task and you want to have an understanding of what you’re purchasing before committing.
To schedule a tasting, include it in your catering inquiry form. Please note, tasting are an additional fee per person in attendance.
Do you require a deposit? If yes, when is it due?
Yes we require a 50% deposit. It is due at the time of booking.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that sometimes things don’t go according to plan. In the event that you need to cancel your balance will be treated as a credit and applied to another date that is mutually agreed. At this time we do not offer refunds

Spices
What stores can I buy your products in?
Our spices are not in any stores at this time. If you are a retailer interested in product placement, please reach out via email to LEHospitalityBrands@gmail.com
What are the “spices” listed on the ingredients list?
The term “spices” is used to describe a broad range of any spice, herb, or dehydrated vegetable that is used solely to provide flavor.
Do you have no-sodium products?
All of our blends and items are salt-free with the exception of the Fries, Red Rice, NOLA Boil, and Southern Stone Ground Seasonings.
Can I order spices from you directly?
Yes! You can order blends from us directly by clicking here or by visiting the “MERCH” page on our website.
How much sodium is in your blends?
All of our blends are salt-free with the exception of the Fries, Red Rice, NOLA Boil, and Southern Stone Ground Seasonings. There is 1 tsp of salt per 4 oz blends. The Gullah Brunch Grits Mix contains 2.5 tsp of salt per 32 oz.
Why has my blend clumped?
All dried herbs and spices are sensitive to moisture & heat. When exposed to air and heat this causes caking and clumping. In order to minimize the risk of exposure to moisture and heat we suggest: storing spice containers tightly sealed and storing spices in a dry, cool place (like a cabinet) out of direct sunlight.
Are your blends appropriate for specific dietary restrictions?
All of our blends are VEGAN, VEGETARIAN, LOW-SODIUM, & GLUTEN FREE.
How should I store my spices?
Always store spices in a cool, dry place (like a cabinet), and out of direct sunlight. Ensure the spice containers are tightly sealed prior to storing. Always use clean and dry measuring spoons when measuring from the jar.
How long do spices last?
Our ground spice blends will last 1-2 years if stored properly. As with all food products, spice blends will not last forever. While older spices are not harmful to consume, the quality and pronounced flavor of the blends may dull over an extended time. The shelf life stated above is only applicable if blends are stored properly.

Shipping
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order is fulfilled, you’ll receive an email from us with your shipping and tracking information. Using the provided tracking number(s) you can track your order through the listed carriers website.
Will you ship to an international address?
At the moment we are able to ship to all US states and territories.
What is your return policy?
No Refunds or Returns at this time.
My order arrived damaged/broken, what should I do?
Firstly, be sure to take a picture of the package, the products, and your shipping label. Second, email these photos along with your order number and a brief description to LEHospitalityBrands@gmail.com. We will reach out to you to facilitate a replacement or refund as appropriate.

LE Meals™ is deeply committed to philanthropy and actively seeks opportunities to serve and uplift our community. We proudly partner with clients, organizations, and supporters who share our passion for giving back.
Donations received from our clients help us host community giveback events and support the continued growth and impact of the LE Hospitality Brands.
All requests for donations from LE Meals™—including monetary contributions, volunteer time, or product donations—must be submitted in writing at least three weeks prior to your event date.
Please include the following details in your request:
• Type of fundraiser or event
• Approximate number of participants
• Specific details regarding the donation being requested
